Meet Ximizu, Architect and co-founder of CloudSpirit
Hello, my name is Ximizu HUYNH, I've been working on ServiceNow since 2013 as a consultant and architect. I'm also co-founder of CloudSpirit, a company I set up a few years ago.
A few words about the early days of CloudSpirit?
We were several partners, five partners at the start. In 2018, I embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure to create CloudSpirit with a few partners. The aim was to create an environment in which we wanted to work in a good atmosphere and with the great expertise of ServiceNow.
What is your main job?
As a ServiceNow architect, my main job is to make sure that the solution we put in place for the customer works properly in the customer's IT ecosystem. In other words, ServiceNow allows you to do different things, such as manage IT services, human resources services and customers. So that's at the end of ServiceNow, but ServiceNow doesn't usually evolve on its own in the customer's environment; it's connected to different systems in the company. So it's a question of ensuring that ServiceNow is implemented in a way that is consistent with the company's entire IT system.

Passion for what we do and we're proud of what we do at CloudSpirit. But I'd like to add a second word that's very important: sharing. Sharing and helping each other. So that's three words.
